Miracle Automation & Sunwoda Establish Joint Venture to Expand Lithium Battery Recycling Business
Recently, Miracle Automation Engineering Co., Ltd.'s wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangxi Miracle Goden Tiger Cobalt Co., Ltd., signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Shenzhen Sunwoda Recycling Materials Co., Ltd. The two parties will jointly establish a new venture to engage in the production, sales, after-sales service, and import-export operations related to battery materials recycling.
Sunwoda Recycling, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunwoda Electronics Co., Ltd., a global leader in lithium battery technology, is a resource regeneration company established by Sunwoda to focus on the recycling and repurposing of used power batteries from electric vehicles, as well as the recovery and recycling of renewable resources. The company integrates research and development, production, sales, and technical services in its operations.
The signing of this joint venture agreement between Jiangxi Miracle Goden Tiger Cobalt and Sunwoda Recycling aims to leverage both parties’ strengths in technology, capital, raw materials, production management, and market channels. The collaboration is expected to promote upstream and downstream cooperation within the lithium battery industry chain, facilitate the establishment of a long-term and stable partnership between the two companies, and create synergies in business operations. This cooperation will foster resource sharing and mutual benefits, while actively promoting the recycling of power batteries and the creation of a closed-loop lithium battery recycling industry, thereby building a low-carbon, sustainable, and green industry chain for lithium batteries.
